If you are visiting for the first time, you can access the site by using the following information: Your username is: Your old member number starting with 'P' and your family extension. You can find this number on your membership card or call the service desk at 614.336.2582. Example: Old member number 123456A, New member number P123456-000 (000 is main, 001 is spouse, 002 is child, etc.) Make sure to use the dash after your number and before your family extension number, as in the example above.
